Counting the cost is so important in any business, much less in managing a nonprofit. Without a real feasibility study of what it will actually require in building a building, maintaining it, and managing and operating programs out from it requires more than wishful thinking, it will takes lots of time, hard work, experts, advisors and yes, donors.
