Leading Change

Change either occurs with an external force or from an intentional internal decision. Most people don’t like change even when it is happening to them at a snails’ pace. And slow moving change is usually what eventually causes people quick decisive change when it comes to their health. Just think about it; a friend for years eats unhealthy food, doesn’t exercise and slowly builds up dangerous levels of toxicity within their body.
